I normally don't have the time to write reviews but after all of the work Jeani Burke did to help my wife and I buy our first place I had to make the time. From the very start Jeani and her assistant Sheena did everything to help us find our first home. We would receive emails and calls about specific Santa Barbara properties that were in our price range and had all of the specific "must have's" we were looking for. When we did finally find the right place, Jeani helped us through the whole process. It was very nice to finally have a real estate agent that we knew was on our side, and wasn't just trying to push the sale through for a commission check. She helped us navigate the negotiations and made sure that the Seller paid for any hidden damage (ex. damaged water heater, unsealed toilets, and some wood-decay). Jeani and Sheena took the time to explain all the articles in the contracts and worked very well with our lender so everything moved along smoothly. We were in the Swiss Alps on vacation during Escrow and we knew we had nothing to worry about because Jeani and Sheena had prepared everything we needed to sign before and after our trip. The whole process was AMAZING. I can't thank the two of them enough and we will be using them for all of our Real Estate purchases in the future.
